When placing an order with Monster Rings and Cages, online, via telephone, or in any other format, you agree that you have read, fully understand and fully agree with all our policies. Please read our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and our shipping policies, in addition to our Terms of Service.
When you place an order, you are paying for the order at that time. Your card will be charged immediately. If you are using a financing source, your obligation to pay your regular payments begin immediately. We have a strict No Cancellation Policy on any order that is manufactured by us, including wrestling rings, boxing rings, MMA cages, cage panels, punching bag racks or stands, or any equipment that we manufacture. This includes custom order items with printing, custom sizing, custom coloring, etc. Once we receive an order, the equipment is part of our production and cannot be canceled or refunded, for any reason.
In stock items that have small package shipping are usually shipped the same or next day using UPS or USPS ground service. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carriers.
Items that we produce, cages, rings, bag racks and stands, custom printing, or other made to order items will ship when they are ready which may be an undetermined time frame, based on the orders that we have in front of you at the time you order.
Unless we guarantee, in writing, to you that your equipment will ship by a certain date, and that is a contingency of the order, we cannot be held accountable for delays in our production time. Once shipped, we are not responsible for any delays by the courier. We ship our products FOB our warehouse and once shipped, we have no control over the shipment.
We will assume no responsibility for any damages, financial or otherwise, for any equipment that does not arrive in time for an event, grand opening, etc.
User assumes all risks when using any type of equipment purchased from Monster Rings and Cages. Monster Rings and Cages will not be responsible for any injuries, costs, etc. that results from the use, proper or improper of any of its equipment or supplies. By purchasing and using any equipment or supplies the buyer agrees to hold-harmless Monster Rings and Cages from all responsibilities.
