We have always been able to acheive 100% customer satisfaction.  In fact, we get hundreds of e-mails and calls from customers telling us how thrilled they are with our products and services. 

 

We make every effort to ship our products in a timely fashion.  Keep in mind that manufacturing is not always on a perfect schedule, and from time to time delays can and will occur.  We build over 400 rings and cages per year and always try to stay current, but delays can happen.   When planning an event, you should order your ring or cage first, and know that it is being shipped out, before you plan an event.  We can not be held responsible for any delays in manufacturing or shipping.

 

All purchases of rings, cages, custom mat covers, and any custom product are final.  No returns or cancellations are allowed. 

 

When you use your credit card to purchase, it is charged, in full, at the time of sale, not when the item ships.

 

Thankfully, we very rarely have any problem with any product that we sell.  In the event that you find a problem, return it, unused, in the original package, for inspection and replacement, if the item is found to have a manufacture's defect.
